Microsoft Gold Partner Solutions Consultancy are currently seeking to identify a Business Intelligence Consultant to engage with clients to analyse and scope Business Intelligence requirements.
The Business Intelligence Consultant will be tasked with estimating a project's time & resource requirements, designing & developing solutions, preparing user documentation and developing BI prototypes for the sales team.
The Successful candidate will be a BI "Technical Specialist" with demonstrable experience in delivering Business Intelligence solutions and in depth knowledge of the following; data modelling in both transactional and multi-dimensional environments, design & development of BI solutions in the Microsoft SQL Server environment (using Integration Services, Analysis Services and Reporting Services), design & development of dashboards & reports in BI Applications (ProClarity, TARGIT), Consulting / customer facing experience. Experience within Retail Solutions would be a distinct advantage.
Applicants must be willing to live / work away during the week, on client sites throughout the UK (& occasionally Europe), as and when necessary.
